More btwb Programs: Gymnastics

The programs keep rolling in! We announced the launch of our btwb Programs feature back in April, and we promised more to come. We’re now up to a total of 9 in-depth programs designed to help you either learn a new skill or increase the 1RMs for your O-lifts.

First six programs:

  • First Strict Pull-up
  • First Push-up
  • First Handstand Push-up
  • Snatch 1RM
  • Clean 1RM
  • Jerk 1RM

Today we’re excited to reveal 3 more programs. These are geared at improving more advanced gymnastics movements.  

  • First Toes-to-Bar
  • First Strict Ring Dip
  • Handstand Walk 5ft

One of the cool things about gymnastics programs is that they require little-to-no equipment. That means you can more easily follow these from home.

All of our programs are included with a standard btwb subscription at no additional cost. They can also be customized to your specific training schedule. You can find all btwb programs in the Programs section on your home screen.


First Toes-to-Bar

  • Recommendation: 2-3 days/week
  • A 20 session program designed to get you your first Toes-to-Bar. 
  • Prerequisite: 30 secs Active Bar Hang

First Strict Ring Dip

  • Recommendation: 2-3 days/week
  • A 20 session program designed to get you your first Strict Ring Dip. 
  • Prerequisite: 5 Push-ups and 10 secs Ring Support Hold

Handstand Walk 5ft

  • Recommendation: 2-3 days/week
  • A 20 session program designed to get you your first controlled 5ft Handstand Walk.
  • Prerequisite: 5 Handstand Push-ups, 30 secs Handstand Hold, and good shoulder mobility
