Celebrating the btwb Community 6/18/20

We launched our series of 9 free Skill Programs to help users develop things like their first Strict Pull-up, increase their Snatch 1RM, or get their first 5 ft of controlled Handstand Walking.

We wanted to take a moment to celebrate our awesome users who have accomplished their new FIRSTS or PRs through these programs. Learning a new skill isn’t easy but we are here to help you get that goal step by step. We are so proud of the awesome progress so many of our users are making as well as enjoying the process of crushing their goals.

Find any of the following programs in the btwb app, included with a standard btwb subscription at no additional cost. They can also be customized to your specific training schedule. Choose a start date, how many sessions per week you want to do, as well as which days of the week those sessions appear on. Locate them in the “Programs” section on your home screen.

FIRST TOES-TO-BAR
A 20 session program designed to get you your first Toes-to-Bar.

FIRST STRICT RING DIP
A 20 session program designed to get you your first Strict Ring Dip.

HANDSTAND WALK
A 20 session program designed to get you your first controlled 5 ft of Handstand Walking.

SNATCH 1RM
An 18 session program designed to help you increase your Snatch 1RM.

CLEAN 1RM
An 18 session program designed to help you increase your Clean 1RM. Can be performed simultaneously with the Jerk 1RM program to improve overall Clean & Jerk performance.

JERK 1RM
An 18 session program designed to help you increase your Split Jerk 1RM. Can be performed simultaneously with the Clean 1RM program to improve overall Clean & Jerk performance.

FIRST STRICT PULL-UP
A 20 session program designed to help an athlete get their first strict pull-up.

FIRST PUSH-UP
A 20 session program designed to get an athlete their first Push-up.

FIRST STRICT HANDSTAND PUSH-UP
A 20 session program designed to help an athlete get their first handstand push-up.
