Copy an entire day of programming to another track and date. Pick the destination, pick the date, and untick anything you don’t want coming along.

You’ve been able to Plan Again a single track event for a while now: pick one workout, send it to another track or another date. That hasn’t changed and it isn’t going anywhere. It’s still on every track event, in the same place.
What’s new sits alongside it. Plan Again – All takes every event on a day — the warm-up, the strength piece, the metcon, the accessory work — and copies them together in one pass.
If you run more than one track you already know why that matters. You build a good day on your main track, then you want it on the competition track too, or on an athlete’s personal track, or on next Tuesday. That used to mean Plan Again on one event, then the next, then the next. Not any more.
How it works
- In the Plan calendar, hover the day you want to copy and click the + at the top of it. Works from the day, week and month views.
- Choose Plan Again – All. A small pop-up opens over the calendar, so you keep your place.
- Check the source track at the top. If the day has events on more than one of your tracks, switch between them here — the list below swaps to match.
- Pick where it’s going. Gym Track gives you a dropdown of your gym’s tracks; Personal Track lets you search any athlete in your gym by name and send the day straight to them.
- Set the date, untick anything you’d rather leave behind, and hit Plan Workouts.
Everything comes along unless you say otherwise
Every event on the day starts selected. Untick the ones you don’t want, or use Deselect all and pick just the two you’re after. The count and the line underneath keep up as you go.

Worth knowing
- Personal tracks are fair game. Send a day to one athlete without touching anyone else’s calendar — useful for someone coming back from injury, or an athlete on a different cycle.
- The line at the bottom tells you what’s missing. The pop-up will let you know exactly what’s needed — a destination, a date, at least one event — and turns into a plain summary of what’s about to happen once it has all three.
- Plan Workouts stays greyed out until it can actually work. No half-finished copies.
- Your original day isn’t touched. This copies forward; nothing moves.
- Cancel, Esc, or clicking outside all close the window and leave the calendar exactly as it was.
