Most gym owners face the same problem. The numbers exist. They are sitting in BTWB right now. But reaching them means remembering which report holds them, filtering correctly, exporting the result, and then doing the actual thinking in a spreadsheet late at night.
BTWB now connects directly to AI assistants such as Claude. Instead of navigating to the answer, you ask for it.
“How many members have not attended a class in three weeks?”
“What was our revenue last month compared to the same month last year?”
“Show every member with a membership anniversary in September.”
The question is asked in plain language. The assistant reads your live BTWB data and answers.
What a connection is
A connection is a secure bridge between BTWB and your AI assistant. Once established, the assistant can read your gym’s data on your behalf, but only the data your BTWB role already permits you to see. It is not a new entry point into your account. It is the same entry point with a better interface.
1. Gym Operations
This connection covers the business: revenue, membership, and the class schedule. For most owners it will be the primary one.
Revenue and billing. Monthly recurring revenue, aggregated revenue across any date range, revenue as a time series, gross volume, retail and point of sale summaries, individual payment records, and your configured payment categories and invoice types.
Membership health. Churn across any date range, current membership statistics including average age and rolling retention, and a full breakdown of your membership plans.
Attendance and coaching. Class records, attendee counts, the attendee list for any single class, attendance statistics as a monthly time series, your active coaches, and a coaching summary across any period.
Clients. A searchable and sortable client list, attendance reports, distinct days attended, membership plan breakdowns, fitness statistics for any individual client, and the details that support community programming: upcoming birthdays, membership anniversaries, and clients within a given age range.
The board. Your programming for any date, your results board for any date, and your Committed Club for the month.
Representative questions:
- “Which members hold a monthly membership but did not attend a single class last week?”
- “What is our monthly recurring revenue trend across the last six months?”
- “Which class times carry the lowest average attendance?”
- “Pull the Committed Club for this month and draft a recognition post.”
- “Which members reach their first anniversary next month?”
2. Coaching
Where Gym Operations examines the gym, Coaching examines one athlete at a time. This connection supports programming decisions and individual conversations.
Training history. A client’s full workout logbook, or any single session in detail.
Performance insights. Computed benchmark results for lifts, time trials, and named workouts. Best lift summaries by rep count and best time summaries by distance for any movement. Movement max weights and target weights. Volume totals by movement. A training day calendar across any window. Fitness level reports, fitness imbalance reports, and year in review statistics.
Programs and tracks. Coaching program subscriptions, Cycles purchases and assignments, and personal training tracks with their results.
Badges. Everything a client has earned, including lift badges, time trial badges, workout badges, volume badges, combo badges, and overall badge summaries.
Health and nutrition. Macro targets, logged meals and the food items within them, weigh ins, body measurements, and logged injuries. Your gym’s own nutrition guidelines document can be both read and updated, and it is the single place these connections write rather than only read.
Community. A client’s profile card, squads, group memberships, and follow graph.
Representative questions:
- “Show this athlete’s back squat progression across the last year.”
- “Run an imbalance report and identify what to prioritize in the next cycle.”
- “Which clients have logged a personal record in the last 30 days?”
- “How consistent has this member been across the past eight weeks?”
- “Summarize their year in review as a message to send them.”
An important note on access. The client level tools require an owner or administrator role. Staff only accounts are refused. The client must also be one of your gym’s training access clients. Member data remains governed by the same permissions that govern it today.
