We’ve refreshed the Athlete List and athlete profiles in Plan. The goal was simple: clear away the clutter, make everyday coaching quicker, and give your athletes’ data more room to breathe.

A simpler Athlete List
The list of athletes got a lighter, cleaner look that’s easier to scan — the same roster, with less getting in the way of it.
The bigger change is Favorites. Most coaches open the same handful of athletes day in and day out, so now you can star the ones you work with most and flip to the Favorites tab to get straight to them. Your favorites are your own, and searching and sorting work the same across both tabs. If you have favorites set, the Athletes tab will always default to the Favorites list.

To add a member to your Favorites list, click the star icon next to their name from the All tab. To remove a member from the Favorites list, click the star icon next to their name from the Favorites tab.

The quick-actions menu
Every athlete card has a quick-actions menu — the ⋯ button on the right of the card. Open it for the three things you do most, each taking you exactly where you’d expect. We can/will add more actions to this menu in the future.

- View Profile – Opens that athlete’s full profile panel — their Feed, Training Days, Benchmarks, Macros, and the rest.
- Plan Workout – Starts a one-on-one planning session for that athlete so you can add workouts to their personal track.
- Set Macros – Jumps straight to that athlete’s Macros tab on the Targets view, ready for you to set their macro targets.

Getting to a profile
One change worth calling out: tapping an athlete card no longer opens their profile. Profile navigation now runs through the quick-actions menu — open the ⋯ menu on the athlete and choose View Profile. Keeping it in one predictable place is part of the cleanup, and it frees the card itself for the favorite star and the menu.
More room in the profile
We also simplified the header at the top of each athlete’s profile. It’s much leaner.

That was the point: trimming the header hands more of the screen to what you actually came for — the content inside each tab, like Training Days, Benchmarks, and Macros. The header stays pinned as you move between tabs, and you can favorite/unfavorite an athlete right from their profile, too.

More To Come
More changes will happen in the coming weeks/months as we expand the offerings on the Fitness Dashboard (aka the Plan page). Stay tuned!
