OPEN 19.4
For total time:
3 rounds of:
10 snatches, 95/65 lb.
12 bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 12 minutes

This week brings another “first” for the CrossFit Open. 19.4 is a two part workout, but scored with 1 total time. No matter how slow or fast you go for the first 3 rounds, everyone is required to rest 3-minutes before attempting to finish the 2nd set of 3 rounds. That means, in order to get gymnasty with some muscle-ups, you must finish the first 3 rounds before the 9-minute mark, which probably won’t be too difficult for most people.

By now, we’ve had thousands of awesome athletes submit their scores on CrossFit btwb already, giving us enough data to calculate some preliminary percentiles you can use as targets.
