Currently, finishing the row is only good enough to put you in the 36th percentile for the Rx’d men and the 58th percentile for the Rx’d women. Roughly half of all competitors will end their workout on the HSPU. If you want to make Regionals, you’re going to have to get through the HSPUs and onto the second round of deadlifts.
