Here are some preliminary numbers on 16.3. We’re already seeing a huge pile-up at 10 reps Rx’d, especially on the Women’s side. How many athletes will we see fighting for their first muscle-ups this weekend?
Currently, getting past the 5th round for the Men and the 2nd round for the Women will put you in the upper half of the pack. Men will need at least 8.5 rounds to break into the 99th percentile and Women will need at least 8 full rounds.
