Your 2024 Year in Fitness is here in the latest release and we are so excited to share with you your achievements from last year.


1. Update Your App

After updating your app, tap on the left side menu to access your Year in Fitness.

2. Select a Gym/Program

Selecting this is important because each generated image will use this logo, making them personalized and sharable.

3. Training Days

This gives you an overview of your total training days and PRs. Training days with a lightning bolt mean you set at least one PR for that day-but keep in mind, you might see more PRs listed than lightning bolts, since some days you crushed multiple PRs.

4. Workout Sessions

See your total reps performed, total weight lifted, and total distance traveled in 2024. You will also see your top 3 movements in each category.

5. All-time Volume

Each of these sections breaks down your all-time volume as well as a deeper list of the movements that showed up the most throughout 2024.

6. Weigh-ins

Check out the progress you made and the results you achieved- like PRs, badges earned, weight lost, and more.

7. Badges

The next few screens highlight your top 10, top 20, and top 50 badges earned in 2024.

Make sure to tag your gym when you share your results on social media. Word of mouth is the key to helping your gym grow and testimonials like yours show just how a strong community can inspire others to join and make a change.
