As a trainer/coach it is your responsibility to tell the truth to your clients. It is impossible to truly improve someone’s health & fitness if certain subjects are not allowed to be addressed. Telling the truth may make for some uncomfortable conversations, but they are necessary. Telling the truth can be done with empathy & compassion without sugarcoating the message.
