1. HOW TO FIND IT
The new “Varying Ascending AMReps” templates can be found in the “For Reps” category in new plan.
This has been one of the most requested templates to be added within btwb and it’s finally here!

2. DETAILS
You will be tasked with assigning the “starting reps” and “additional reps” for EACH movement.
You will not be able to select the “starting reps” and the “additional reps” until AFTER you have selected your movement. The selected movements will be completely independent of each other, meaning, every movement can start and ascend at different reps.
You will also have the ability to zero out the “additional reps” field for any movement if you wish for that movements reps to remain stagnant.

3. HOW TO PLAN FLOW
- Just like our “Ascending AMReps” template – you will be first tasked with entering the length of the workout.

- Searching for movements remains the same.
- You are tasked with assigning the “Starting Reps” and “Add Reps” only AFTER selecting a movement.
- NOTE – If only one movement is ascending, you may zero out “Add Reps” to that movement

- “Plan Workout” will now display the workout
