1. HOW TO FIND IT
At the bottom left of your screen, you will see a tab called Analyze. Click on that tab to open the Analyze Bar. Please note, you can only view one track at a time using this feature.

2. BREAKDOWN
Easily view a breakdown of type, scheme, reps, duration, load, and modality, with timeframes available by day, week, or month.

Select the menu on the right for a drop down that shows the calendar by month, week, and day

3. HIGHLIGHT
With just a click, you can highlight your workouts on your calendar that match specific programming elements. Quickly spot trends and adjust your training with ease.

Easily determine the number of times that characteristic has been programmed & the percentage of workouts in the view with that characteristic.
For example, there are 43 timed workouts in the month as seen in the image below and in scheme, 40% of workouts are singlets.
