Workout History 📱

The latest app update allows you to see your history tab after you log a result and go to your Workout Session Screen.


1. Snapshot

What’s New?

  • Toggle History tab to bring you to Snapshot
    • Shows first and most recently logged result

2. Movement Screen

What’s New?

  • Tapping this will bring you to the Movement screen & see your history for a specific movement

3. Progress Graph

What’s New?

  • Tapping on the line or “dot” at bottom actively selects it
    • RX’d, Scaled if applicable, and Your average Power Output (must have a recent weigh in)
  • Tap on data points on the line to get a data point pop-up model

4. Results Feed

What’s New?

  • View a list of all logged results from most recent to oldest
