Week 2 of the 2022 CrossFit Games season is here! This workout is a pyramid-style rep scheme of Deadlifts & Bar Facing Burpees. We’ve compiled the current preliminary percentiles for 22.2 as well as all the guides from top athletes and coaches that we think are valuable

What’s sneaky about this workout is that as you’re going through the first few rounds, it feels like you’re making fast progress. But remember: it’s 100 reps of each movement, so 200 reps total. With the 10-minute time cap, that means you need to average 1 rep every 3 seconds if you’re planning to finish before the time cap. Make sure to read up on the rules and movement standards before your go after this one!
