Stephane Rochet has worked in strength and conditioning at UCLA, USD, University of Indiana and for the US Navy beginning in 1999. From 2007 until 2014 he was an instructor for CrossFit at their Level One seminars. He discusses the current strength and conditioning environment and culture at the collegiate level, the importance of meeting athletes where they are and how to do it. Hyper-specialized sport training is talked about as well as how to get coaches, schools and programs to welcome CrossFit training. Stephane walks us through in-season versus off-season training and much more.

Boz started dabbling with CrossFit at the end of 2004 and got his L1 in early 2006. He has coached at:
- San Francisco CrossFit: 2006-2011
- CrossFit Brisbane (Australia): 2011
- Huntress CrossFit/The Tuxedo Social club (his low-key garage-gym ): 2014-2021
He’s also worked for CrossFit from 2007-present in various roles on the Seminar team, Education department and the CrossFit Games. “I love this stuff!”
