30 Bar Muscle-Ups vs 30 Chest To Bar vs 30 Toe To Bar

One thing that stuck out to us is the “30 bar muscle-ups” in the 3rd portion of this workout. This is reminiscent of an old CrossFit.com gymnastics benchmark that’s 30 muscle-ups as well, but on rings. Thankfully, we have tons of results for the bar variation as well as chest-to-bar and toes-to-bar. Here’s some percentiles for the three portions:
