The first week of the 2021 CrossFit Games season is finally upon us! We’re back during the traditional Late Winter – Early Spring window for the season. We’ve compiled the current preliminary percentiles for 21.1 as well as all the guides from top athletes and coaches that we think are valuable

To kick off the first workout, we’ve got a couplet of Double Unders and Wall Walks, the latter which is a brand new movement to the Open!

This one is definitely a shoulder burner. A total of 55 Wall Walks (do not underestimate these) and 550 Double Unders! The beauty of this workout is that it looks much easier than it is, and it’s accessible to everyone who at least has some wall space and a jump rope. Make sure to read up on the rules and movement standards before your go after this one!
