More btwb Programs: Gymnastics

The programs keep rolling in! We announced the launch of our btwb Programs feature back in April, and we promised more to come. We’re now up to a total of 9 in-depth programs designed to help you either learn a new skill or increase the 1RMs for your O-lifts.

First six programs:

Today we’re excited to reveal 3 more programs. These are geared at improving more advanced gymnastics movements.  

One of the cool things about gymnastics programs is that they require little-to-no equipment. That means you can more easily follow these from home.

All of our programs are included with a standard btwb subscription at no additional cost. They can also be customized to your specific training schedule. You can find all btwb programs in the Programs section by clicking into the side drawer menu from the home screen.
