For the Rx’d version of the workout here are some numbers:
Men’s 90th Percentile: 361 reps (2 Rounds + 7 Muscle-ups + 40 Wall Balls)
Men’s 50th Percentile: 254 reps (1 round + 7 muscle-ups + 50 Wall Balls + 40 Double Unders)
Female’s 90th Percentile: 346 reps (2 rounds + 7 Muscle-ups + 25 Wall Balls)
Female’s 50th Percentile: 171 reps (1 round + 7 Muscle-ups + 7 Wall Balls)
For the Scaled version of the workout here are some numbers:
Men’s 90th Percentile: 770 reps (3 rounds + 20 Wall Balls)
Men’s 50th Percentile: 550 reps (2 rounds + 50 Wall Balls)
Female’s 90th Percentile: 800 reps (3 rounds + 50 Wall Balls)
