Your Clients page has been rebuilt, and it’s live for all-in-one gyms.
The old page had one list and a filter row, so every question you wanted to ask — who signed up this month, who’s late, who’s stopped coming — meant building a filter, reading the answer, and then acting on the whole list anyway. The rebuild turns the questions into tabs, makes the answer something you can send to someone, and makes the actions follow the clients you actually picked.
A two-minute walkthrough of the rebuilt Clients page. Turn the sound on — it’s narrated.
Tabs, with live counts
Six tabs run across the top: All, Leads, Active, Past Due, Inactive and Archived. Each carries its own count, so the shape of your gym is on screen before you click anything — how many leads are waiting, how many accounts are past due.
Getting to the two past-due accounts is a click now, not a filter you have to construct. Each tab also lays out for the question it answers: Leads shows demographics and a phone number, Active shows membership plans and charges, and so on.

Filters that go deeper — and a list you can send
The filter row became a drawer, opened from a Filters button that carries a badge with the number of filters you have on. The header counts the matches as you go, and there’s a Clear All when you want to start over.
What you can filter on went wider: status, how long they’ve been a member, when they were added, when they last visited, how many classes they’ve taken, which plans they’re on, whether their latest charge is past due, and what payment method is on file. Dates come as presets — last 90 days, last 12 months, last 3 years — or a custom range you pick yourself.
The part worth knowing: every filter value lives in the URL. The list you just built is a link. Send it to your coach, bookmark it for Monday morning, and it opens on exactly the same set of clients.

Columns you choose
On the All tab, a Columns button opens a list of ten: Status, Member Since, Last Visit, Total Classes, Phone, Date Added, Payment Method, Membership Plans, Latest Charge and Next Charge. Turn on the ones your gym actually looks at. Status, Member Since and Last Visit are on to begin with, and at least one column always stays on.
You can sort by Name, Member Since, Last Visit, Total Classes or Date Added by clicking the header. The list arrives sorted by Member Since, newest first, and a CSV export follows whatever sort you’re looking at.
Your column choice is remembered, so the page comes back the way you left it. One thing to know: that memory lives in the browser, so if you switch to a different computer you’ll start from the defaults again.

Select exactly who you mean
Every row has a checkbox. Tick the clients you want and a blue “N selected” pill replaces the count; on a phone, press and hold a row to start selecting. Changing tabs or filters clears the selection, so you never act on a group you can no longer see.

Actions that follow your selection
The ⚡ button in the table header opens List Actions, and the drawer tells you what it’s about to work on: Applies to the 33 clients in this filtered list, or the clients you ticked if you ticked any. That one line is the whole point — the scope is never a guess.
From there you can export the list, copy every email address in it, request a payment method, send a Claim Account email, and archive or remove. Copying the email addresses is new, and it’s the one we think you’ll use most: filter down to the group you want to write to, copy, and paste into your mail client. Which actions you see depends on what your gym has switched on.

It tells you what it won’t do
Archive and Remove aren’t unconditional, and the page is upfront about it. Before either one runs, it works out which of your clients are actually eligible and puts the number in the drawer — Archive the 31 eligible clients, under a list of 33. A client with an active subscription, an upcoming class reservation or a booked appointment won’t be archived. Remove is limited to pending or declined connections and to leads who’ve never recorded attendance.
The confirmation itemises what will be skipped and why, so you can act on forty clients knowing exactly what happens to each one, rather than finding out afterwards.
Who has it, and what’s still coming
This is for all-in-one gyms — the gyms running billing through BTWB. If your gym uses BTWB for tracking only, your Clients page is unchanged for now.
A few things from the design aren’t in this release. The workout columns — Total Workouts, Training Days and Last Workout — are waiting on data we don’t yet have in the right place. Sorting by the charge date columns isn’t in yet, and the Inactive tab can’t filter by the date someone ended. They’re on the list.
