| We’ve rolled out a batch of updates over the past several weeks. There are some new tools for your Admin Dashboard, plus a round of improvements and fixes based on your feedback. Voice Invoice You can now void an invoice yourself, without reaching out to support. Look for the Void action on any upcoming, failed, or incomplete invoice. Self Checkout Purchase Limit Limit how many times a client can purchase a given membership plan through Self Checkout. Set the limit on the plan, and once a client hits it, they won’t be able to buy that plan again.Perfect for intro offers, trial packages, and anything else meant to be bought once. Marketplace Visibility Setting Allow Online Sign-ups now includes a separate Include on Marketplace page toggle. Keep a plan available through its direct Self Checkout link or QR code while keeping it off your public Marketplace page. Membership Pause Emails Pausing a membership now keeps your clients in the loop automatically. They’ll get an email when a pause is scheduled, when it starts, and again when it ends. You’ll be notified when a paused membership comes back. You can also cancel a scheduled pause before it begins, right from the membership’s Actions menu. Document QR Codes Download a QR code for any document’s signing link. Print it or display it at your gym so clients can pull up and sign a waiver or agreement right from their phone. You’ll find the Download QR Code button on any document, available as a PNG or SVG. Revenue by Membership Plan A new Revenue by Membership Plan breakdown is available in Gym Reporting. See exactly how much each of your plans is bringing in, all in one place. Appointments, Add Class, Edit Class, and Book Appointment now open in a roomier side panel instead of a small pop-up window. Full-class and waitlist prompts now appear over the Class Reservations panel instead of taking over the whole page. Confirmation windows now look and behave the same way across the dashboard.
