The latest updates on the btwb Plan Page
No more mental math pre-WOD. We’ve added support for displaying both imperial and metric loads on weightlifting movements. Whether the coaching gym you are subscribed to programs in pounds and you lift in kilos (or vice versa), you’ll now see both automatically—so you can focus on lifting, not converting.
BTWB will automatically show weightlifting movements in your chosen unit, along with the gym’s programmed unit, so you always have both right in front of you.
1. HOW TO FIND IT
You first need to navigate to the Manage button in the left side menu underneath programs that you are subscribed to

Once you’re on the Managing Tracks page, go to the top right corner and click on your account. A dropdown menu will appear—simply select Edit Preferences from the options listed to access your settings.

2. SELECT THE PREFERRED WEIGHT UNITS
While here – scroll to the Preferred Weight Units section and choose between pounds or kilograms—whichever works best for you.
Once you’ve made your selection, click Update Member at the bottom to save your changes. Your lifts will now show in your preferred unit alongside your gym’s programming

3. DISPLAYED WEIGHT UNITS
Now that you’ve set your preferred weight unit, BTWB will display workouts just the way you like them. You’ll see the load in your chosen unit right next to each movement name, with the coaching gym’s intended load shown in parentheses.
It’s a clean, simple way to follow programming while staying dialed in to the units that make the most sense to you.

NOTE: If your preferred weight units already match those of the coaching gym you’re subscribed to, no changes will be made.
