The latest btwb app update is a new “Tempus Tab” you can find on the Workout Session screen. This tab will give you a full breakdown of your logged workout result after using Tempus. You can find more details on each of the sections of the new tab below.
1. How to find it
After logging your result, you will see the Tempus Tab on the far right of the Workout Session screen. Tap this to access your data.

2. Match Stats
This section breaks down the following:
- Total Time – total time spent in the match
- Participants – number of athletes and ghosts in the match
- Max BPM – max heart rate during match*
- Avg BPM – avg heart rate during match*
- Total Cals – total calories burned during match*
*only available if you are using apple watch

3. Heart Rate & Training Zones (Graph)*
This section will only appear if you used a smart watch to track your workout. If so, it will give you a breakdown of the following:
- Heart rate line graph shows bpm changes throughout duration of match
- Different colors represent the different movements of the workout
- “Z” labels on the right side of the graph show a user’s specific training zone ranges
- Tap on the graph to reveal a specific heart rate data point

4. Heart Rate & Training Zones (Progress Bar)*
This section will only appear if you used a smart watch to track your workout. If so, it will give you a breakdown of the following:
- Shows how long a user spent in each of the 5 training zones during the match
- Displays both total time spent in a zone AND percentage of total workout spent in a zone
*only appears for watch users

5. Event Stream
The event stream has always appeared on the Workout Session screen after logging a result using Tempus.
- Same as it appears on “results” tab
- Same data as the results tab

6. Movements
This section gives you an accurate breakdown of the following:
- Shows how long a user spent on each of the movements in the workout
- Displays both total time spent on a movement and percentage of total workout/round spent on a movement
- Use the drop-down menu to switch between all rounds and specific individual rounds
- Shows avg bpm per each movement*
*avg bpm only appears for watch users



7. Rounds
This section gives you an accurate breakdown of the following:
- Shows how long a user spent on each of the rounds in the workout
- Tap on the graph to reveal a specific modal highlighting the round’s total time and percentage of entire workout
- Each bar also displays the different movement segments that make up the round
- The splits section highlights total, work, and rest splits for each round
- It also displays Max and Avg bpm per round (for watch users)*

8. Dummy Tab
If you log a workout without using Tempus, a tab appears on your Workout Session screen, providing an overview of Tempus along with a sample breakdown of its data sections.
