Week 2 of the 2023 CrossFit Games season is here! We’ve got a two-parter with 23.2A and 23.2B. The first part introduces a first-time appearance for “Shuttle Runs” as a movement in the Open!

We’ve compiled the current preliminary percentiles for 23.2 as well as some data on 1-rep Max Thruster & 50 Burpee Pull-ups to help with strategizing.
For context, finishing round 4 of 23.2 adds up to 50 burpees total. This can help in deciding pacing and how much time you can expect to spend.
THRUSTER: 1 REP MAX
