EPISODE 7: LEVELS OF PROGRESS… A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
Measuring your own progress or the progression of your athletes can be done in a variety of ways. Adrian offers his unique perspective on accomplishing this without any specific metrics solely based on how fast you do a workout or how much weight you can lift. Consistency is touched on, as is the btwb Fitness Level.
EPISODE 6: THE ROLE OF THE COACH
A Coach is one of the most impactful and important people for the members of your gym. The conduct of the coach will directly shape the athlete’s experience as well as the culture you create in your community. Adrian and Pat discuss the role of the coach in both the short and long term sense. Real questions and topics from the community are also addressed in this episode.
EPISODE 5: WORKING OUT WITH AN INJURY
Injuries may occur during training, playing sports or just living your everyday life. When injuries happen we do not want to stop working out, we want to intelligently modify our training based on any limitations the athlete is presented with. How to accomplish this is discussed. Adrian and Pat also talk through several real world examples in their own lives.
