Our second BTWB Challenge has come to an end! We partnered up with Jason Khalipa and his new EMOM of the Day Program for this challenge to provide you guys with some awesome prizes from Rogue Fitness and CrossFit.
This challenge was all about just taking on one of Jason’s EMOMs. Fun, effective, and efficient. Participating and tagging us on IG or FB got you an entry into the raffle drawing.
EMOM(Every Minute on the Minute) for 12 Minutes:
7 Kettlebell Swings @ 2/1.5 pood
Participants had the option of doing this version, scaled to 5 reps of each for the Intermediate version, or 5 reps and 1.5/1.0 pood for the Novice version.
We had hundreds of entries from all over the world and while we had tons of individual participants, some affiliates seem to have made it a gym-wide thing to get their members to participate. Gyms like CrossFit Fig, Snake River CrossFit and Physics CrossFit had some of the most entries across the board!
