Some of you may have found it on your own as you have continued to Plan workouts for your gym, but we’ve made a small change to the features on our Plan page last week.
Links
You can now add URL links to your Events. These can be links to articles, maybe movement demo videos, or anything supplemental that you want to add to your members workout information. Perhaps today’s workout involves a new movement or something technical that you’d like to provide demo material for.
You’ll find the option to add the Links down at the bottom when finalizing the Workout that you are Planning.
Simply add a title that you want the link to be called, and the URL for the page you want to link to.
When you view the workout on your calendar, you’ll see the links beneath the workout details. They will display accordingly on the mobile app as well.
Notes
You can now create track events called “Notes”. These can be chosen from the same drop-down menu that let’s you pick a Workout, Rest Day, or Weigh In. This new additional option allows you to add an event to the track that lets you get across information to your members that can’t be portrayed from just the Workout itself. Perhaps you read a fantastic article on something and want to share it with your members in a easier way. Now you can add it directly to their calendar.

Planning a note follows the same steps as finalizing any other event, giving you the ability to add custom titles, details, and links.
