Lifestyle choices affect our fitness, but we often overlook their importance. That’s likely because there isn’t a simple and accurate way of measuring our progress and rank for each. Other services ask too many questions, and, more often than not, they end up being the wrong questions. They set the bar far too low, and, rather than improving choices, seem to end up reinforcing bad ones. Our new lifestyle strategy aims to fix this problem. Our goal is simple: to help you make better choices outside of the gym that will ultimately improve your performances inside of the gym.

It’s easy. Answer six questions about yesterday. You will accumulate points based on your answers. Better answers will result in more points, and more points symbolizes your path towards greater health and fitness.

Lifestyle Challenge

We’re also excited to introduce Lifestyle Challenge. A Gym Admin can run a Lifestyle Challenge based on total Lifestyle Log points earned during a set time period. You’ll be able to name and select the beginning and end date of the challenge.  Your members simply need to answer their Lifestyle Log questions via their whiteboard page using the web or our iphone/android app. The lifestyle challenge leaderboard will update as athletes answer questions. You can sort the leaderboard by total points or by category.

Lifestyle Analyze

We’ve also added a comprehensive Lifestyle Analyze feature. Included is a new statistic, Days Worked Out, that we feel is a valuable piece of information for every athlete trying to improve their fitness.

Days Worked Out: The average number of days you’ve worked out (gone to the gym) per week. You can view the stat over the course of 30 days, 12 weeks, or an entire year.

On top of that we break down how your lifestyle choices affect your fitness, overall and by category.

We manage what we can measure. Our approach will help you measure and manage your lifestyle choices.
